Community Thanksgiving Service is Wednesday

A Community Thanksgiving Service is 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Luke United Methodist Church, 2204 Second Ave.
The Rev. J.H. Flakes of Fourth Street Baptist Church will preach.
Other participating clergy are: the Revs. Hal Brady of St. Luke; Dick Game of Trinity Episcopal; Chuck Hasty of First Presbyterian; and Myron Douglas of First Baptist.
The offering will go to the Uptown Food Pantry, an emergency food center which provides food to qualified families.
