What's going on this weekend on Fort Benning

Fort Benning offers plenty to do and see this weekend.

Learn about bicycle, toy and even pet safety Saturday at the Family Safety and Health Fair then come back the next day for some fast-paced rugby action.

The following events are scheduled to take place on Fort Benning between Nov. 15 and Nov. 19:

Nov. 15, Sacrifice Field – Family Safety and Health Fair

Nov. 16-21, Stewart-Watson Field rugby pitch – Armed Forces Rugby Championship

Nov. 18, 10 a.m., York Field – commanding general change of command

Nov. 19, 11:30 a.m., Benning Club – Native American Indian Heritage luncheon

Nov. 19, 4 p.m., main post cemetery – German/Italian Army Memorial Day ceremony
